Prompt attention in waiting room/ reception staff, warm and friendly. Lovely explanations as to the procedure to be carried out, great emphasis that the details they had were carried. Very important. Great service from nursing staff and doctor. Team work and reassuring expedited very quickly and correctly. Good experience to hand.

Fantastic friendly and compassionate and humorous nurse staff. Wonderful people. Special mention to Harry, really put me at ease, professional etc.
One "negative" consultant did not "talk through" the procedure, seemed a little distant by compassion.
